11/21 – In Bass We Trust @ Room 84, Hoboken, NJ

Back at it with the final live event of 2013, In Bass We Trust rolled into Hoboken, NJ to kick off the Thanksgiving week. The event featured DJ’s such as Rich Saracino, The Wig and Tavarius. Speed Racer cartoons were played on all the TV’s and the lights and lasers were firing all night. The entire show was broadcast live on Groove Box Radio.

Tavari opened the night with a long set of soulful house. As he spun the event space started filling and the libations began pouring. Soon the Wig took the decks and brought with him his high-energy music and mixing. 2013 has been huge for the Wig, playing sets at NYC big name clubs such as Pacha, Sullivan Room and Cielo. NJ based DJ Rich Saracino closed the night out with huge house bombs that devastated the crowded dance floor. Saracino runs a weekly party on Wednesday nights at Oz Bar in Cliffside, NJ and he hosts a weekly internet radio show. 2013 saw him playing beats at NYC clubs such as Pacha, Xio, Sky Room, Pink Elephant and throughout NJ.

When the event was over, the after-party went long long long into the night.

12/27 – Claude Van Stroke @ Marquee (NYC)

Sleepy and Boo opened a killer night of house music in the meatpacking district. As the duo played, the Dirty Bird records head hancho and international sensation, Claude Von Stroke, arrived early and was in a jovial mood. After a few minutes of chitchat with the patrons and shots of the Patron and posing for a fe pics pics, the man jumped on the decks much earlier than expected and played until early into the following morning. The set was full of great VonStroke tracks! Had the venue not said to stop, he may have kept on playing past his ticket home to San Fran.

12/8 – Crazibiza @ Cielo (NYC)

Our good friends at Biohazard Promotions, along with Zembi Recordings, tossed the monthly Sunday-funday party at Cielo nightclub. This month the guest DJ was none other than the sensational duo from Hungary……Crazibiza!!!! They have been touring the globe behind their smash hit Coco Loco which has tore up the global dance charts. The pair also have a long list of top remixes to their credit to boot including King of My Castle, Riders on the Storm and Brighter Days. The night saw support from Uch, Dave Pech and Bryan G. As always, the open vodka bar was in affect and entry to the event FREE on the Biohazzard guestlist. Zembi didn’t play this month to allow Crazibiza time to play an extended set, so as a bonus, here’s a few of the tracks he played at October’s party, along with some other music from the night!
